We sail out of the beautiful Kennebunk River towards the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by the legendary New England coastline, with its natural and man-made beauty and charm. All along the way there’s a lot to see – the fishing and lobster industries, the coastal wildlife, the oceanfront estate of the Bush family, beaches and more. We want you to relax and let our courteous and experienced crew take you on a wonderful sail. Take in the rocky New England coastline, dotted with quaint cottages, charming lighthouses, and luxurious mansions. Keep your eyes peeled for seal faces playfully popping up in the waves, or gulls and other sea birds soaring above you, or for the legion of lobster boats, other sailing vessels and pleasure yachts that all share the waters around Maine. An average family of four can enjoy a fabulous New England day sail for $100 – an exceptional value. Assorted refreshments, including snacks, candy, soft drinks, beer and wine are reasonably priced and available for purchase on board. |

What to Bring For the most comfortable day sail, be sure to bring your sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat or visor, light jacket or sweater, poncho and comfortable soft-soled shoes. Also, don’t forget your camera and binoculars! Please do not bring your own coolers. Additional Infomation Please arrive at the dock at least 30 minutes prior to departure time to give you plenty of time to board New Horizons and settle in, and to allow us to set off on time. Please check in at the ticket booth at the dock, and you will be directed to New Horizons. If you haven’t purchased your tickets in advance online, you can purchase tickets at the booth. |
