Our goal is to provide an opportunity to Impoverished coffee farmers with a place to bring their crop to market at a fair price. While a “fair price” can be subjective to some people, to those of us at BOB, it means a price that allows farmers to make a living, a price that allows farming communities to build a sustainable economy, a price that helps improve the standard of living for the community. To us, that’s responsible business. It’s a hand up, instead of a hand out.	Seacoast Sailing offers Weekend Public Charter and Tall Ship Sails and Private Event Charters are also available for corporate events, weddings and parties, or overnight sailing from southern Maine to to Cape Cod. Our public trips depart from East Boston, easily accesible by City Water Taxi (label 68 on City Water Taxi's stop map), the Maverick T station on the Blue Line, or driving with free parking, and we operate from April through Columbus Day. Our Sailboat, New Horizons, is a 60’ custom designed and built US Coast Guard certified 49 passenger vessel, offering the ultimate in comfort and safety. Originally built to sail around the world, New Horizons is a true ocean-going vessel, equipped with all the US Coast Guard outlined safety requirements and over 50 feet of deck space, offering sweeping views and the freedom to move comfortably about the deck. Not your typical harbor cruise. And the amenities don’t stop topside. Below deck, New Horizons offers passengers a roomy salon which seats 8 in cushioned comfort and a full-sized galley with seating for six, all beautifully detailed with mahogany and cedar inlays and solid brass fittings and portholes.
